    SRA develops in association with JPA, the project of the new tower for the European Justice Court designed by DPA on the Kirchberg plateau in Luxembourg.

    Challenger delivery in Saint Quentin en Yvelines, property group that obtained the triple certification: Passport Sustainable Building Exceptional Platinum LEED, BREEAM Outstanding.

    Delivery of the Tour Carpe Diem in La Défense which obtained dual certification: HQE and LEED Platinum.

    The agency celebrated 20 years …. and delivered the First tower by climbing 230 meters high, is the tallest tower in France.

    Delivery of the tower CMA-CGM in Marseille, designed by Zaha Hadid.

    Winner of the competition for the Carpe Diem tower in combination with Robert Stern.

    Unibail relies on SRA as a consultant for setting up the Phare Tower competition package in la Defense. Afterwards SRA gets a consultancy contract from Morphosis to assist for the planning application and further development stages.

  • 2005

    SRA moves upscale. All projects were located in the Paris region until SRA starts working nationwide with the Cannes Technopolis project, then global while submitting two competitions: the Oslo Museum and the Turin Transportation Hub.

    Also that year SRA hands over the CBX Tower in La Defense in partnership with Kohn, Pedersen, Fox.

  • 2001

    The office celebrates its first decade, and hands over the PB6 Tower ( EDF) in la Defense. This project is designed by Pei, Cobb, Freed of NY developed and built in partnership with SRA.

  • 2000

    The office is turned into an Architectural Limited Liability Company, named SRA, and is joined by a new partner: Clemence Fiant-Saubot.

  • 1996

    Both partners merge their businesses, and the new company is named Saubot- Rouit Associés. This move embodies a unique experience in terms of high rise projects and SRA thus will impose itself as a recognized specialist, sought for partnerships by major global names: Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, Kevin Roche & John Dinkeloo, SOM NY, Frank O.Gehry, Kohn Pedersen Fox, Lord Norman Foster Architects, Zaha Hadid Architects, Morphosis….

  • 1994

    Hervé Metge, also an architect with Saubot-Jullien, joins Jean Rouit as a partner.

  • 1991

    Jean Rouit created his own office. He previously worked as an architect for 10 years with Saubot-Jullien, a major french Firm. It claimed wide span projects (Bastille Opera) and was reputated for its expertise in high rise buildings development and completion ( Fiat Tower, Elf Tower…)
