Guyancourt, City of Saint Quentin en Yvelines (78)

The Bouygues Group Headquarter building is erected in Saint Quentin/Yvelines in partnership with K. Roche & J. Dinkeloo. The project is set on a symetrical layout and is inserted within a park designed by Shepheard Epstein Hunter. It houses the group board, auditorium, IT Center, Fitness Center, as well as restaurants and cafeterias. The basins are split by a centered roadway leading to the main entrance atrium, beneath are 4 parking stories.

Program: 5 buildings on a field of 30 acres, offices, fitness center, 150 seats auditorium, corporate restaurants, cafeteria, 4 parking stories
